 Vor Beginn wird allen Teilnehmenden eine Teilnehmerliste zur Verfügung gestellt, wo Namen und Stimmlage/Instrument sowie Wohnort und Mail oder Telefonnummer angegeben sind. Mit dem Teilen den Kontaktdaten wird bezweckt, die Bildung von Reisegemeinschaften sowie die Absprache von privatem Musizieren am Rande zu erleichtern.

Some time before the course starts, every participant gets a list of all the participants, which usually contains the name, register and instruments along with the town of residence and the email address or telephone number. The aim of sharing the contact details is to facilitate the formation of travel groups as well as the coordination of private music making in the free time during the course.
